- How can I buy from Apollo?
If you already have an account with us, you can order online or by calling and speaking to one of our Customer Service Representatives. If you are not a current customer, you can become a dealer by completing the form found on our Become a Dealer page or contacting us, and we would be happy to direct you to one of the dealers in your area.
- What is your minimum order policy?
The minimum invoice must meet or exceed $200.00 net value.
- What is your prepaid freight policy?
Individual shipments with a net invoice value of $1000.00 or more will be shipped “freight prepaid” to one destination anywhere in Canada by a carrier of our choice.
- How can I order online?
Contact orders@apollo-us.ca and let us know which company you are with and what email address you want to set up for online ordering, or fill out our distributor form. We will get back to you within two business days with your login credentials and an e-commerce user guide for your reference.
- What is your warranty policy?
All products are fully warrantied against defects in material and workmanship for one year from purchase – Proof of purchase must be provided. A Return Request number must be obtained from Apollo before returning any warrantied items for credit and must be shipped “freight prepaid” to the Apollo warehouse. Once the product is received, inspected, and approved, a credit will be issued, and the freight will be reimbursed for the warrantied items.
